Uncharted Healthcare offers a one-on-one weight loss program with access to expert medical support. This approach gives you the best chance of reaching your weight loss goals. Many overweight people have nutritional deficiencies or hormone imbalances that affect their ability to lose weight. You may also have a chronic health condition that affects your meal planning.  When you join a medically supervised weight loss program, your provider identifies and treats health concerns. After a thorough evaluation and consultation, your wellness coach creates an individualized and comprehensive weight loss plan.

 

First visit is $300 which includes

  • Nutritional counseling

  • Meal planning

  • Exercise recommendations

  • Behavioral modification

  • Dietary supplement recommendations

  • Prescription medications (depending on plan)

 

Follow up visits are $149.00 every 4 weeks

How does Semaglutide work?

This works by focusing on hormones within your digestive system that affect both how much you eat and appetite.
